Order Processing Time
Once you place your order, we plan to process it within 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment once we receive it. Please note that this processing time does not include the time it takes to get the package to you.
Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within 5-12 business days. This option is ideal for customers who are not in a rush to receive their merchandise.
Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our Express Shipping option, which delivers orders within 3-8 business days of processing.
Custom Orders
Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on custom or personalized items. These items require additional time to be produced and customized to meet your specific requirements.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping Rates: Orders under $59.99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99. Free standard shipping on orders of $59.99 or more.
Express Shipping: Orders under $259.99 will be charged a flat rate of $35.99 for express shipping. Free express shipping is available on orders of $259.99 or more.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select countries in Europe. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.
