Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, we plan to process it within 1-3 business days. This is the time it takes us to prepare your order for shipment once we receive it. Please note that this processing time does not include the time it takes to get the package to you.

Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Once processed, your order will typically be delivered within 5-12 business days. This option is ideal for customers who are not in a rush to receive their merchandise.

Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose our Express Shipping option, which delivers orders within 3-8 business days of processing.

Custom Orders

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on custom or personalized items. These items require additional time to be produced and customized to meet your specific requirements.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Rates: Orders under $69.99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99. Free standard shipping on orders of $69.99 or more.
Express Shipping: Orders under $299.99 will be charged a flat rate of $35.99 for express shipping. Free express shipping is available on orders of $299.99 or more.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select countries in Europe. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Return Eligibility
* You may return any product within 30 days of the delivery date.
* Products must be in brand new, unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories.
* Please note that customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process
1. Contact Us: Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please have your order number and reason for return ready.
2. Return Authorization (RMA): We will provide you with an RMA number, which must be included inside your return package.
3. Packaging & Shipping: Carefully pack the item to ensure it is well-protected, including all original packaging materials, documents, and accessories. Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item to the address provided by our support team.
4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Vehicle Compatibility & Buyer Responsibility
* Pre-Purchase Verification: Due to variations in vehicle trims (e.g., some models are equipped with reflection-only plates rather than factory functional lights), our product pages clearly instruct buyers to strictly verify whether their vehicle is equipped with replaceable factory door lights before purchasing.
* Buyer Liability: Any incompatibility, fitment issues, or installation failures resulting from the buyer's failure to check their vehicle setup are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Order Cancellation, Transit Interception & Refusal
* No Mid-Transit Interception: Orders are dispatched rapidly. Once an order enters the fulfillment stream or is handed over to the carrier, it cannot be intercepted, recalled, or canceled mid-transit.
* Cancellation & Restocking Fees: Cancellations for unfulfilled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee to cover warehouse retrieval costs. For orders successfully intercepted after shipment, a 15% restocking fee applies. If a cancellation is requested after shipment, the package must be delivered first and returned by the customer following our standard return process.
* Return Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is due to our error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs back to our warehouse.

Condition for Refunds & Dispute Policy
* Physical Return Required: Refunds are strictly conditional upon the physical receipt and inspection of the returned items by our warehouse in their original, unused condition.
* Refusal of Delivery & Chargebacks: If a buyer maliciously refuses delivery, abandons the package, or refuses to physically return the merchandise while filing a payment dispute, chargeback, or PayPal claim, no refund will be issued. This policy serves as the official merchant defense for payment disputes.

Exclusions & Conditions
* Items showing wear, damage, or signs of installation are ineligible for return.
* Returns missing original packaging or accessories may be subject to a restocking fee.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund, and you are welcome to place a new order for the desired item.
