Custom Orders

Please allow up to 30 days for delivery on custom or personalized items. These items require additional time to be produced and customized to meet your specific requirements.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping Rates: Orders under $69.99 will be charged a flat rate of $6.99. Free standard shipping on orders of $69.99 or more.
Express Shipping: Orders under $299.99 will be charged a flat rate of $35.99 for express shipping. Free express shipping is available on orders of $299.99 or more.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select countries in Europe. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.

2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return shipment.

If the item cannot be used due to incorrect or incomplete information you submitted, you will be responsible for the return shipping/re-shipping costs. For order cancellations due to user reasons, we charge a 10% handling fee for unshipped items (because once you cancel the order, we need to allocate additional personnel to search for your package among the already packed goods); for shipped items that are successfully intercepted, we charge a 15% handling fee; for cancellations due to our reasons, we will provide a full refund.
